TAG Heuer Carrera Challenge driver Scott Taylor has secured V8 Supercars endurance driver Dean Canto for next month’s Phillip Island Pro-Am event.

The event will be Canto’s debut in the one-make series, though the 34-year-old has been involved in the series previously with driver coaching duties.

“I’m looking forward to working with Scott and coaching him ahead of the event,” Canto told motorsport website, Speedcafe.com.

“It will also be great to work with Campbell [Little] again. We’ve worked together in previous years at a couple of race teams and we’ve always worked well together. “

Canto is again set to race with 2007 Carrera Cup champion David Reynolds and Prodrive Racing Australia for the Pirtek Enduro Cup V8 Supercars races later this season.
